LEAD Programme for Female Business Owners

Calling all Small Business Female Owner/Managers... This is your LAST OPPORTUNITY to participate in this NWDA supported Leadership development programme!!!

Women in Leadership workshop will take place on Wednesday 27th April between 10am-12pm at the University of Liverpool Management School. This free workshop will be interactive and will feature responses and debate around some contemporary questions relevant to the female business leaders as well as it will give you an opportunity to help you learn how LEAD can benefit your business. Supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA), LEAD is a leadership development programme specifically designed for owner/managers of small businesses with up to 50 employees. LEAD is a 10-month leadership programme that aims to improve staff productivity and business processes; help delegates manage their business more effectively; and increase their confidence to make the right decisions.
This morning will be interactive and will feature responses and debate around some key questions.

 What are some of your key challenges as a female Leader at work and how can collaboration help you…?

 The 'new paradigm' of leadership involves co-operation and diversity appreciation. How does this play to the strengths of females...?

 How to express your female power and ‘sell’ yourself as effectively as you can?

These questions will be addressed at the FREE workshop, and there will be more information around the LEAD programme that is open to women entrepreneurs, managers and leaders alike employing between 5 and 50 staff in the North West of England.
