@54StJamesStreet Tenants of the Week: @LiverpoolLive & @LiverpoolLiveTV

Our brand new £5.3mil centre at 54 St James Street is home to a number of fantastic social enterprise or women-led  businesses, so we have decided to hi-light a different one each week.

Our 'Tenants of the Week' today are 'Liverpool Live' and 'Liverpool Live TV' Rich Denton & Jamie McAleny.

Liverpool Live is an online media company set up in 2010 by Rich Denton to keep the city's population up to date with its amazing cultural offer. The business has three main parts; a magazine website full of information, news and reviews; a free to download mobile app providing a guide to the city in the palm of your hand and their very own web based TV channel - Liverpool Live TV.

Liverpool Live TV is a not for profit social enterprise committed to bringing you the best quality web entertainment in the North West, while offering valuable work experience for people interested in a career in media.

The Community Interest Company was set up in October 2012 to help promote grassroots musicians and artists alongside mainstream events and festivals around the city of Liverpool, Wirral and beyond. Their volunteer programme provides unique portfolio building opportunities with hands on work experience that improves future employment prospects. They also offer a commercial video service to help local businesses promote their brands. Taking advantage of Liverpool Live's strong social network and resources enables you to put your message, right in the palm of your customers hand.
