Social Enterprise Network are bringing their fabulous crowd funding event to The Women's Organisation for a special 'Women's SOUP'. The event taking place on Tuesday 8th November 6pm-7.30pm will see women entrepreneurs go head to head in a pitch off to tempt the crowd to vote for them to win.
For a small entrance fee (recommended donation £10) to this interesting event, a ticket entitles you to entry and some tasty soup (hence the name). You also get one vote, to be used to vote for the best new enterprise project you hear pitched to you that night. The winner of the most votes gets to go home with the profits from the ticket receipts. So you get a starter to eat, and the winner gets a starter to invest.
This is a great opportunity to support some early stage enterprises to get off the ground while enjoying networking and finding out more how crowd funding works.

We'd like to thank Siren who have kindly donated the soup for this event.
Any new businesses pitching or networking at SOUP who aren't yet up and running can also chat to The Women's Organisation team on the night about FREE advice and support available through the Enterprise Hub Programme. More information available via firstname.lastname@example.org.
