Resolve To Be Your Own Boss

There’s still time to make a New Year’s Resolution with Beautiful Beginnings.

It may well be February but Spring is just around the corner and on Tuesday February 10th the women’s enterprise agency, Train 2000 is staging the Beautiful Beginnings event, a chance to find out everything you wanted to know about becoming your own boss.

Your business idea may be just a thought or you may have taken steps into self-employment - whatever stage you are at Train 2000 can help take you to the next level.

Train 2000 provide women across Merseyside with free business support and training together with advice on how to seek funding and fulfil business dreams.

But don’t just take their word for it, meet some women who have taken the plunge and whose businesses are flourishing.

Guest speakers will include former PE teacher Fiona McMath who opened Kitted Out, a chain of school uniform outlets across Merseyside.

Fiona (pictured) said:

“Train 2000 is the first place to go if you are thinking about setting up your own business, they have been with me every step of the way from when I opened my first shop 12 years ago.”

Jackie Williams, Enterprise Coordinator for Train 2000, said:
“Each year at Train 2000 we help hundreds of women to become self-employed. At first it can seem like a daunting career move but we are here to give you the support you need. We hope Beautiful Beginnings will leave you with inspirational ideas, and a buzz of confidence to try something new in 2009.”
